What is the Cancellation Policy?

 In order to cancel a Booking, the Guest must contact the booking agent or website used and act in accordance with their bookings cancellation policy.

Can we have a party, gathering, or event at the property?

You are welcome to have a family celebration or small party with the guests staying in the house however you must be respectful of our neighbours and abide by the House Rules.  Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and have your security bond forfeited in full should there be a disturbance or a noise complaint.

Is there a minimum night stay?

Please refer to the booking calender for the minimum night stay as it varies depending on the day of the week. 

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival time is from 2 pm and departure time is strictly by 10 am – unless otherwise pre-arranged.

A early check-in or late checkout can be requested however it depends if we can reschedule the cleaners and is subject to our other bookings.  We will do our best to accommodate requests. Please abide by the stipulated check-in and checkout times.

Do I need to bring any linens or towels?

We provide premium quality linen and a bath towel for each guest.  The bathrooms will have a hand towel, face washers and a bath mat, and the kitchen will have tea towels.

What do I have to do before I leave?

A post-departure clean is included with every booking.

Guests simply need to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition by adhering to the following conditions:

  • Remove all rubbish from the house into the outside bins, using the bin bags provided.
  • Do your dishes and pack the dishwasher, and turn it on.
  • Wipe benchtops and tables.
  • Return all items and furniture to their original positions and leave the property neat and tidy.
  • Clean the BBQ if used.
  • Place the used towels, sheets and pillowslips in the hallway.

If you wish to have our cleaners take care of these matters, please let us know in advance and we can happily organise this for you (additional charges will apply).

Can the bed linen be changed during my stay?

Yes, we can arrange additional cleaning service if required.  Please ask the host and a quote will be provided. 

Can I have additional Guests/Beds?

The maximum occupancy of the house is 14.  The standard price of the home includes accommodation for up to 10 guests using the following beds: 1 x King, 3 x Queen, 2 x Single beds. 
If additional beds are required, the upstairs Home Theatre doubles as the 6th Bedroom and contains 2 full size single beds with trundles underneath them. The trundle beds pull out to create another two full sized single beds.  The innerspring mattresses, linen and quilts  are all good quality.  These beds are charged out at $30 per bed per night.  Please advise if you require them as they are only made up if requested.

Can I make a Special Requests?

We are more than happy to help you organise any Special Requests. 
We can provide advice and recommendations for a Chef, in-house masseuse, babysitter, a hire boat, or a outdoor spa to mention a few things. 
If you have any special requests, please ask the hosts.
